My Workshops
In this 2-day Career Exploration Workshop you will:
- Identify your strengths and aspirations
- Understand what is important to you in your work
- Create a list of occupational options
- Learn how to tap into the wisdom of your body to make decisions
- Understand what may be stopping you from moving forward
- Learn how to manage limiting beliefs
This workshop involves journalling, reflection and some visualization exercises. Participants are asked to bring a hard cover journal and pen. All other materials will be provided.
When: Saturday January 24th, and Sunday January 25th, 2009,
10am-5pm
Where: Matrix Repatterning Centre, 33 Victoria Street, Aurora
